BY A STAFF REPORTER: Union Home Minister Amit Shah marked 22nd January as the beginning of 'great India' while addressing the Lok Sabha session on 10th February.

He further asserted that the History of India is incomplete without the Ram Mandir Movement as it is a prominent part of Indian history. Shah argued that those who cannot imagine the nation with Lord Ram are disconnected from the country and perpetuate colonial-era sentiments.

He also mentioned that all generations have witnessed the struggle since 1528 and the dream of Ram devotees was fulfilled during Modi's government.

Ram Mandir Pran-Pratishtha ceremony took place on 22nd January in Ayodhya. Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the rituals as the chief 'Yajman' and a sea of dignitaries from all walks of life attended the ceremony.
