By A Staff Reporter : Any event is incomplete without sweets.Just like that, let the Bengali New Year begin with  eating  home made sweets .Those  who like to eat fried sweets, here is a  recipe for them.

Ingredients: Milk chanchi or khoya - 450 gms, chana - 190 gms, flour - 30 gms, sugar - 1teaspoon, cardamom - 7-8 teaspoons, ghee - 1 teaspoon, baking soda - one pinch.

Ingredients for making syrap: Sugar - 1 kg, water 800 grams.

Method: First, rub the chanchi smoothly with your hands.If there are seeds, they should be discarded or the seeds should be crushed, So that there are no grains.Add ghee to the flour and knead it well.Now mix the chana  and mix the flour, sugar, cardamom well in it.Knead with powder and baking soda for another 1-2 minutes.Now cut the lychees from the stem and make balls by applying ghee on your hands.If you want, you can fill one nakul dana inside.Now deep fry the sweet in low flame.If fried, add syrap.
