of foods and drinks to keep the body cool in the hot New Year.However, instead of buying , make 

the syrup at home. Make syrup with fruits at home.The guests coming to the house will also be 

impressed.Check out the recipe.

Lemon Syrup:We all have more or less paper lemons at home.If you don't have paper lemons, use 

lemon.

Ingredients: 1 paper lemon, sugar to taste, little salt, enough water and crushed ice.Method of 

preparation: First extract the juice from the lemon. Now mix all the other ingredients and keep them 

in a bowl. Then keep it in the fridge for a while and cool it down. Now serve the syrup with ice 

cubes.



Cucumber Syrup: Cucumber is our daily companion whether on an empty stomach or on a full 

stomach. Now make syrup with cucumber.

Ingredients: 250 gm cucumber, half tablespoon chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, sugar to 

taste and water to taste.

Preparation Method: First peel the cucumber. Then discard the seeds and cut the cucumber into 

pieces. Now mix all the ingredients together and keep it in the fridge for a while to make cold 

cucumber syrup.



Watermelon  Syrup 

 Ingredients: 400 grams of watermelon, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt to taste, 2 teaspoons of lemon 

juice and a few pieces of ice.

Preparation Method: Peel the watermelon and remove the seeds and take only the red part. Mix all 

the ingredients in small pieces.Blend together and refrigerate. When serving, scatter small pieces 

of watermelon over the glass.
