UK's longest serving Covid patient withdraws all treatment, dies

UK's Jason Kelk, 49, was the 'longest-suffering Covid patient', and he tragically died following a 14-and-a-half month battle with the disease. Jason decided to withdraw all treatment because he 'could not live like this any more'. Kelk was admitted to St James' Hospital in Leeds on March 31, 2020.  He was transported to a nearby hospital this morning, where he spent his final hours. His wife said Jason's battle had become too much.
