By a Staff Reporter: There is some $7.6 billion in T&T’s Green Fund but since April there has been no board appointed to approve sustainable environmentally positive projects. This from Oropouche West MP and the UNC’s Shadow Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo on Monday night…according to Mr Tancoo the PNM Cabinet could not find the time to hire 7 persons out of 1.4 million people to serve on this board to approve funds for environmental projects but continues to discuss it as a non issue Addressing the economic issues citizens are being faced with as well, Mr Tancoo said unfortunately things are only going to get worse as many citizens have allegedly been abandoned by the Govt. Citing a lack of assistance and initiatives citizens can no longer benefit from, Mr Tancoo also questioned the Govt’s expenditure over the last 6 yrs as well
