Jail super accused of torture of prisoner

The jail superintendent was accused of untold torture of a jail inmate. Sensational allegations of writing 'terrorists' with iron rods on the prisoner's back have surfaced. The prisoner's name is Karamjit Singh. The incident took place at the correctional centre in Baranla district of Punjab. Accused jail superintendent Balbir Singh denied the allegations levelled by the prisoner. He said such allegations are completely baseless and Karamjit has a habit of telling stories by making them.
