Metropolis Health to now acquire Hitech Diagnostic for 6.4 bln rupees

Metropolis Healthcare Ltd has revised the terms of its proposed acquisition of Dr Ganesan’s Hitech Diagnostic Centre Pvt Ltd and the latter's subsidiary to an all-cash deal of 6.36 bln rupees against the initial combination of cash and equity.
