CM writes to PM on flood situation in the state

The chief minister wrote to the Prime Minister on the flood situation in the state. In the letter, Mamata Banerjee wrote that the man made flood situation is prevailing in South Bengal every year due to lack of timely infrastructural steps. The state will not get rid of the flood problem unless the Centre adopts short and long term plans.
