Ruzira challenges Delhi High Court's order to appear in coal. Abhishek's wife Ruzira approached the Delhi High Court. He made a similar appeal in the Delhi High Court that he should be exempted from appearing in person on October 12. He also said that he is ready to cooperate in all respects from Kolkata. An inquiry has to be conducted to summon a woman from another state. Abhishek's wife appealed that the court or ED had not conducted the probe in this case. He also said that he will not be able to leave Kolkata with 2 children in the corona atmosphere.
