On the night of Pujo, there is an exemption from strict rule

By a staff Reporter: On the night of Pujo, an exemption is given to the general public from Navanna. There will be no night restrictions till October 10-20. In other words, ordinary people can roam freely at night from Panchami of Durga Puja to the night of Lakshmipujo.
