By a staff Reporter:The whole of Kolkata was submerged due to the continuous rain yesterday. Behala was not left out. However, the water of Behala has not come down even though the water of some places has gone down till now. "There is no water in any part of Kolkata yet, but there is still water in ward 124 east of Behala," said Tarak Singh, a member of the municipal council.
