New clothes, new shoes may be wear by Bengali in Pujo, but they are no longer bought by people from daily offline shops. Most of the time people are buying their favorite things online. A salesman in Goriyahat said, "Sales are much lower than before after Corona came in 2020. People are now relying more on online than us."
