By a staff Reporter: As a result of low pressure, it has started raining since dawn.Disrupted urban life due to rain. Due to heavy rains, water has accumulated in many parts of Kolkata. Water has accumulated across a large part of BT Road. Traffic is moving on it. It is feared that there is a possibility of traffic jam in that part as the day progresses.
