BY A STAFF REPORTER: There are still no signs of water receding from the city. The overnight rains have left most of the city under ankle deep to knee deep water. Look at the manner in which these two women are literally wading through waterlogged streets in their area. Normal life has been hugely affected as cars are stuck and vehicles unable to move.
