The ED claimed that Kunal Ghosh was summoned to the ED office on September 20. ED lawyer opposed Kunal Ghosh's bail in a special ED court today. His plea in court is that Kunal Ghosh cheated the common man like Saradha boss Sudipto Sen. The ED lawyer expressed apprehension that he could have an impact if granted bail.
