India leaves the USA behind in dog diplomacy

BY A STAFF REPORTER: India left the US far behind in the dog affair. India brought back all the three dogs deployed in the embassy in Kabul. The US left and deserted a few military contract dogs at Kabul and various other areas in Afghanistan.
