BY A STAFF REPORTER: Taliban is keen to build bridges with India. Sher Mohammed Abbas Stanekzai, head of political office of the Taliban, sought a meeting with the Indian Ambassador in Qatar, Deepak Mittal. Sher Mohammed went over to the Indian embassy in Doha and discussed issues of bilateral importance with ambassador Mittal.
