BY A STAFF REPORTER Manoj Malaviya is the new director general of police of West Bengal. However, with the UPSC not sending the names of three officers to the State, the West Bengal government has decided to appoint him as the acting director general of police. The current DGP, Virender retires today and Malaviya will take charge.
