Taliban appoints a top mercenary as Khost Governor

The Taliban has appointed one of their top terror leaders Mullah Mohammed Nabi Umari as Governor of Khost province. Umari was in the news recently when he spearheaded a Taliban attack on Khost about a month earlier. His son was killed in the violent battle that ensued between the Taliban and Khost Protection Force. Now Umari is out for revenge but Khost Protection Force is also ready to wage war against terror.
