Congress will revoke article 370 in J&K if returned to power: Digvijoy

Congress will revoke article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir if the party comes to power. Party senior leader Digvijoy Singh mentioned this in a conference attended by several other persons. The content of the conversation has been leaked and has since gone viral on social media. Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Farooq Abdullah has welcomed Singh's stand on the issue.
