Mehul Choksi is flight risk, denied bail by Dominica Court

The Dominica Court denied bail to fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi on the basis that he is a flight risk. The Court observed that he has no ties with Dominica and hence no condition can be imposed that can assure that he won't abscond. The 62-year-old fugitive will appear again in Court on Monday facing charges of illegal entry into Dominica.
