Taliban oppression begin!

A new law for women has been issued in Kabul following the Taliban attack. Not only that, there are a bunch of restrictions! Then a horrible scene was seen in Kabul. A video shows a burqa-clad woman being beaten by the Taliban and others sitting and watching. The reason is not clear! Everyone is condemning this scene.
