By a Staff Reporter: The terrible form of Taliban rule is becoming increasingly evident in Afghanistan. Terrorists have been returning to their old roles since the departure of US troops. About 80 per cent of the country's territory is now occupied by them. The ministers of the country are also not missing out on their targets. This time a woman was the victim of that rule. A woman has been killed in Afghanistan's Balkh province. It is learnt that it was his crime to leave the house wearing tight clothes. Not only that, the woman left home without a male companion, which is virtually a crime under taliban rule. And that's what the woman had to be punished for. The incident took place in The Saman Kandian area under Taliban rule. Police said the woman was leaving the house and heading towards Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of the province. He was killed as soon as he got into the car. Police also said that the woman was wearing a burqa. Balkh police spokesman Adil Shah said the 21-year-old woman's name was Najanin.
