Godrej Prop to challenge 310-mln-rupee fine imposed by green tribunal

* The company will challenge National Green Tribunal's order, imposing a fine of 310 mln rupees for its ongoing project in Bengaluru

* On Jul 30, the green court cancelled the environment clearance for the company's Bengaluru project and imposed a penalty on it and associate Wonder Projects Development Pvt Ltd

On Friday, shares of the company ended 2.4% higher at 1,602.35 rupees on the National Stock Exchange.
