BC India Investments sells 0.6% stake in Himadri Speciality Chemical

BC India Investments has sold 2.5 mln shares representing 0.6% stake in Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd via a bulk deal on the BSE today.

The stake sale was done at 52.50 rupees a share, which was at a 2% premium to Tuesday's closing price of 51.45 rupees.

As on June end, BC India Investments held 11.5% stake in the company.
