CDC Group: Bulk Deal

CDC Group sells 1.3% stake in Equitas Holdings via NSE bulk deal

CDC Group Plc has sold 4.6 mln shares representing 1.3% stake in Equitas Holdings Ltd through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange today.

The transaction was made at 130 rupees a share, which was at 1.7% discount to Tuesday's closing price of 132.25 rupees.

As of June-end, CDC Group held 5.23% stake in Equitas Holdings.
