Bangladesh: Bus falls into ditch, 17 dies

Habibur Rahman, Dhaka: 17 killed as bus reportedly falls into ditch in Madaripur. 30 others were also injured in this accident on Sunday morning. Police stated a Dhaka-bound bus of Emad Paribahan lost control and fell into the ditch. It also broke the railing of Bhanga-Dhaka Expressway. 14 dead bodies were recovered from inside the bus and 3 others died while taking them to hospital. Rescue operation is going on.
