Droupadi Murmu had a telephonic conversation with Ram chandra Paudel

BY A STAFF REPORTER: President Droupadi Murmu spoke to Nepalese President Ram chandra Paudel over the phone this evening. Droupadi Murmu, who is currently on a visit to Kerala, called Up Paudel and congratulated him on taking over as the President of Nepal. It is learnt that both the Presidents noted the unique and multifaceted relations between India and Nepal. She also discussed ways to further advance bilateral cooperation and strengthen the strong bonds of friendship between the peoples of the two countries. President Murmu expressed confidence that india-Nepal bilateral relations would reach a new height under the guidance of President Paudel.
