"Russia has committed widespread violations of international humanitarian law in Ukraine," said a report by the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine. The report claims that war crimes committed by the Russians include attacks on civilians and energy-related infrastructure, intentional killings, illegal confinement, torture, rape and other sexual violence, as well as the illegal transfer and deportation of children.
