His lawyer said that Tejashwi Yadav will be arrested only after he is produced before the CBI. However, the CBI said, "There is no attempt to arrest him at the moment. It is very important to produce him for some documents. However, Tejashwi will not be allowed to appear through video conferencing." Tejashwi Yadav will appear before the CBI office on February 25.
