Turkey flood death toll rises

By a Staff Reporter: After the earthquake, flooding is now feared in Turkey. Turkey's Sanliurfa and Adiyaman provinces have experienced severe flooding. 

As a result of the flood, 13 people have died so far. The death toll is expected to rise.
