BY A STAFF REPORTER: Two people were killed and nine pedestrians were injured on Monday when a truck rammed into them in a small town in northern Canada. "A 38-year-old man has been arrested in Amqui, north of Quebec City," quebec police spokeswoman Helen Saint-Pierre said. There is no further danger in the area and only one suspect. "The deceased are aged 60 and 70 respectively. Two of the injured are in critical condition. Three children were among the injured. "
