BY A STAFF REPORTER: Madagascar port authorities said 22 people were killed when a boat carrying them from Madagascar capsized while en route to the French island of Mayotte. The boat carrying 47 passengers sank near Ankazomborona, north of Madagascar. According to sources, 23 people were rescued and 22 bodies were found after the boat met with an accident. The other two were not found.
