Chinese Parliament, March 11, 2023 - A brief overview

At the fourth plenary session of the Chinese Parliament, which was held on March 11, 2023 in Beijing, policy makers, about 3,000 of them headed by President Xi Jinping, determined long-term goals for the development of the country. Xi Jinping signed a presidential decree appointing Li Qiang as the premier of the State Council. The newly appointed Chinese Premier will lead this country on a "new journey." with clear goals.

During the session of the Parliament, the political leadership set about their task with determination to realize all the set goals. The Parliament members and Poliburo were united solidly behind President Xi Jinping as could be seen before, during and after the session of the Parliament.
