BY A STAFF REPORTER: An explosion took place in afghanistan's northern province of Balkh province on Saturday, days after the governor was killed, police said. Balkh police spokesman Mohammad Asif Waziri said no casualties had been reported so far. However, an investigation has begun to find out who caused the blast.
