BY A STAFF REPORTER: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj were sworn in as ministers on Thursday. Atishi has been given the charge of education, PWD, power and tourism departments. On the other hand, Saurabh Bhardwaj has been given the responsibility of health, water, industry and urban development.
