FOOD PRODUCTION IS OF STRATEGIC IMPORTANCE FOR CHINA

​As part of getting acquainted with the technological achievements of the Chinese people, a tour of a technologically sophisticated food production factory was organized for a group of foreign journalists. 

Food Technology Co. Ltd. located its production facilities in the city of Zixingyan, not far from Beijing. The main product of this factory is traditional Beijing snacks.

It is not possible to enter the facility because the conditions under which production takes place are sterile. 

The tour of the factory takes place from a high gallery, which is separated from the hall by glass. 

The workers are dressed in white protective suits with fully covered head and face and hand protection. The number of workers is small because most of the production processes are automated.

Here comes to the fore the high organization of the work process, the high level of work skills, the diligence of the workers and the technological conditions of production, which are based on the development of IT technology.
