In a massive explosion, 15 people were killed and many more missing in Filbari in Dhaka. Speaking exclusively to ANM News, Bangladesh home minister Asaduzzaman Khan said the explosion took place in the market place leaving people trapped and then succumbed to their injuries. “We are investigating the cause of explosion. Bomb disposal squad and senior officials are at the spot,” he said. When asked whether it is a terror strike, Khan said “it does not seem to be the case but government and police is probing all angles.” So far Bangladesh police has been unable to identify the cause of the blast.
