Own correspondent: The West Bengal government has alleged that the BJP and the central government are directly involved in the three members of the commission. Commission member Rajiv Jain was once in charge of the BJP's IT cell and served as IB director. A larger bench had asked NHRC to conduct a separate inquiry and submit a report in the post poll violence case. It is seen that the 3,500-page report submitted by the NHRC questions the role of the state government. The post-poll violence has virtually started to stir state politics since May 2. The opposition then filed a case in the court. The high court first constituted a committee and directed the homeless to return home. But that didn't happen. The High Court again constituted a committee headed by the National Human Rights Commission. He instructs the homeless to go to the house. This time the state submitted its counter affidavit.
