BY A STAFF REPORTER: More than 40,000 people have been displaced by heavy rains in malaysia's southern johor state bordering Singapore. Four people have lost their lives due to this flood. According to the National Disaster Management Agency, more than 200 relief shelters have been sent to shelters for the displaced people.
