BY A STAFF REPORTER: Rescuers and firefighters are searching for possible casualties under the rubble after a massive fire at a fuel warehouse in Indonesia's capital Jakarta left 16 people missing. The Plumpang fuel storage station, operated by state oil and gas company Pertamina, is located near a densely populated area in the Tanah Merah area of north Jakarta.
