The court has questioned about Anubrata Mandal's attendance in the cow smuggling case.Rouse Avenue Court has called for ED's affidavit within 1 week.The High Court has not given any stay order, ED said.So why was not presented to Anubrata? The Delhi court summoned the ED's reply.
