BY A STAFF REPORTER: One person was killed and 69 others were injured in an earthquake in southeastern Turkey on Monday. Turkish authorities said several buildings had collapsed in the quake. The quake comes three weeks after more than 50,000 people were killed in a devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
