By A Staff Reporter : Former council president Manik Bhattacharya is in jail with his family in the recruitment corruption case.Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay ordered the confiscation of all his properties.On January 25, Manik was fined Rs 5 lakh by the High Court.Justice Gangopadhyay ordered the ED to confiscate all the properties of Manik for non-payment of that amount.
