Non-bailable case against BJP leadership in connection with Nishith's convoy attack!

By A Staff Reporter : A suo motu case has been registered in connection with the attack on Union Minister of State Nisith Pramanik's convoy in Cooch Behar by Sahebganj Police.A case has been filed against a total of 28 people including BJP's district general secretary, district vice president, Mahila Morcha district president, under multiple non-bailable sections including attempt to murder, Arms Act.FIR has been filed. BJP is likely to go to the High Court against this.
