BY A STAFF REPORTER: Assembly elections to 59 seats in Meghalaya are scheduled to be held on February 27. Political parties are campaigning vigorously. Meanwhile The Election Commission of India has given a big order to the upcoming election. ECI has ordered the sealing of the international border in Meghalaya till March 2. Polling for 59 of the 60 seats in Meghalaya will be held on February 27 and counting of votes will take place on March 2.
