By A Staff Reporter : The Calcutta High Court ordered a fine of Rupees 10,000 to the headmistress of Aushgram's Hatkriti Girls' School.The court ordered to deduct the salary if the fine is not paid within 7 days.School teacher Hamida Khatun applied for transfer due to illness.As the headmistress did not pay attention, she approached the court.On August 1, 2022, Justice Rajashekhar Mantha ordered the transfer process to be completed immediately.But it is alleged that the head teacher did not pay attention to it. Then Hamida filed a contempt of court case. Justice Mantha asked why there was so much delay despite the order of the High Court.
