Justice Jayamalya Bagchi severely reprimanded the Superintendent of Presidency Jail

By A Staff Reporter : Justice Jayamalya Bagchi strongly reprimanded the Superintendent of Presidency Jail in the Bikash Mishra case.Vikas Mishra, one of the accused in the coal smuggling case, is a big businessman.The judge said that the Superintendent wanted to influence the investigation by sending Bikas Mishra to the hospital. The court cannot turn a blind eye to such a role of the jail chief. The superintendent apologized unconditionally after the judge's reprimand.
