BY A STAFF REPORTER: The death toll at a coal mine collapse in China's Inner Mongolia region has risen to at least four people, with six injured and 49 missing. China said a pile of debris about 500 metres and an estimated 80 metres high collapsed on Wednesday at an open mine in the Alxa League, run by the Xinjiang Coal Mining Company.
