Police unearthed vaccination scam in West Bengal

Police have unearthed a vaccination scam spread across several districts in West Bengal. According to initial investigation, people who have been vaccinated did not receive their authorised digital certificate but subsequently received it with the vaccination date mentioned much later than the actual day when they took the injection. There are also mismatches in the vaccine records in the authorised centres. Police mentioned that they have come across the scam in government authorised health centres in Diamond Harbour, Howrah, Sonarpur and several other areas.
